You Can't Avoid What You Don't Understand. Do you have a realistic view of what a real-world violent attack will look and feel like? All too often traditional self-defense classes cover basic defensive techniques without exposing their students to what criminals are truly capable of during an assault. The primary focus of the class is to give you tools to help recognize pre-attack indicators so that you can avoid the problem altogether, change your behavior to be de-selected, or worst case, prepare for the fight. 4 hours
